Where Is The Best Place To Put Your BBQ?
Daylight saving is here and the days are getting warmer and longer. BBQ season is now in full swing, but when designing your home you did not think about where you would place you BBQ. There is nothing worse than having everyone over hanging out and you have to BBQ alone because there is no space anywhere else.
I going to give you some tips and a few things to think about so you don’t end up ” BBQing alone”
Tip 1
Have an idea of what type of BBQ you want. How wide it is and is it gas or coal. Once you decided where you want to put it this will help make sure it not only fits but it has all the necessary attachment in the right place. Some BBQ may need to be built in and this would be easier to do at construction time.
Tip 2
Will you be packing away your BBQ after everything time you use it?
Yes. Where will it go? around the side of the house, in the garage. will you have easy access to these places?
No. Will you need to make sure that it is safe to be left around children. Make sure it will not be in the way when you are not using it.
Tip 3
Will you need any external exhaust fans? If you BBQ is going to be in a inclose alfresco it may be a good idea to add an exhaust fan to help with the extra smoke. Also, in winter you can keep the door close and block out the cold wind.
Tip 4
How much will you entertain and use your BBQ? If you intend to do this a lot, then having the right amount of space and a permanent sport for you BBQ will make a big difference.
As you go see guys it’s all comes down to planning when designing your new home. Take the time and think about how you will not only live in it but entertain guest as well.
