$10,000 credit towards your Knock Down
- Knockdown of you home must be complete by Simone Homes nominated contractor
- If you choose to complete your own know down the $10,00 credit is forfeited
- Knockdown must take place within 6 months of Tender signing $10,00 credit is forfeited if for any reason unless agreed upon before with Simone Home
$10,000 worth of upgrades
- Upgrade list will be proved in you tender
- Upgrades can not be replaced
- Upgrades can not be removed and credit give
- If you choose not to have an upgrade it is forfeited
Despite by 28th Feb 2021
- Tender must be signed by 28th of Feb 2021
- Tender payment of $5,000 must be made 28th of Feb 2021
Other terms and conditions
Simone Homes may suspend, change or terminate the referral program or a referee’s ability to participate in the referral program at any time for any reason without notification.
Simone Homes reserves the right to suspend a referee’s participation if we notice any activity that we reasonably believe is abusive or fraudulent.
Simone Homes reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
