The Best Way To Hide Your Toilet
Designing your home to so that it works for your needs is very important. The functionality required for a big family will be very different to an older couple with no children. It’s all in the detail and having some with experience and an eye for detail guiding you along the way can definitely make all the difference.
One point that I like to try and achieve is hiding your toilets from your line of sight.
When it comes to hiding your toilets from your line of sight, we are talking about not being able to see the toilet when the door is open. When designing your bathroom it all comes down to the configuration and placement of your door. As you can see from the photo we have place the toilet behind the open door. This way you are not able to see it until you close the door and turn around. Another benefit of doing this is that it brings your attention to the other great bathroom features that are a lot easier on the eye, like a free-standing bath or a nice shower.
The other is to remove your toilet from the bathroom and have a separate room for it altogether. As you can see by totally removing the toilet you are able to save some space in your bathroom. Another great feature of having a separate toilet is if you have a family and someone is using the shower you are still able to use the toilet.
So this is just one of many things that can be done when designing a home. It’s all the little things that add up and make your home the one that everybody is talking about.
